For the
time being, some Governments still allow short trips, close to home, related
to the individual physical activity. It is therefore possible to run, during lockdown, as
long as you respect the 7 following instructions:
1/ Keep with you the mandatory and identity documents.
2/ Run
alone and don't stop to greet and exchange with others
3/ Run
around your neighborhood/district (no more than 2kms)
4/ Choose
to train in areas where it is possible to avoid anyone at less than two metres (1 meter is not enough with the wind):
wide boulevards with wide pavements enabling people to get round the people you
encounter, industrial areas or office districts emptied of employees by the
Covid-19, expresswaysides, vast cereal fields, country roads, etc.
Avoid your usual favourite routes such as small paths in forests, coastal paths and parks, because in these places, walkers and runners are forced to graze each other. You chose the most beautiful routes before, now choose to go along the ugliest: sinister warehouses, abandoned development areas, construction sites, four-lane borders, beet fields...

5/ Wear
these kinds of elastic, colourful and breathable, tube-shaped fabrics around
your neck, which are often given as gifts when you are doing a running race: if
you run into someone, they will be glad that you put them over your mouth and
nose because they know that runners spit hard and far away.
6/ Do your
stretching at home: you don't know who came to spit on the lawn or the bench on
which you had planned to stretch.
7/ Wash
your hands before any other action as soon as you are home.
