It is therefore possible to run, during lockdown, as long as you respect the 7 following instructions: 1/ Keep with you the mandatory and identity documents . 2/ Run alone and don't stop to greet and exchange with others 3/ Run around your neighborhood/district (no more than 2kms) 4/ Choose to train in areas where it is possible to avoid anyone at less than two metres (1 meter is not enough with the wind): wide boulevards with wide pavements enabling people to get round the people you encounter, industrial areas or office districts emptied of employees by the Covid-19, expresswaysides, vast cereal fields, country roads, etc. Avoid your usual favourite routes such as small paths in forests, coastal paths and parks, because in these places, walkers and runners are forced to graze each other.
